What are credits used for?
Actions that cost money to run, such as tracking conversions, AI address checks or delivery photos. Each one has a listed price, and you choose which ones to switch on.
Do I need to enter a card for every action?
No. You top up your balance once and charges are deducted automatically. Your credit history shows each charge next to its order.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Paid actions pause and wait. Free actions keep running, and everything that was waiting continues as soon as you top up.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans follow your store count and order volume, so you can move up or down as your business changes.
